    Fee Structure
    Design Stage

  • Initial meeting:  Free of charge within 50 mile radius
  • Subsequent meetings:  $150.00/ hour
  • Design Fee:  $750.00/ room.  (This fee covers the sourcing of all products and acquisition of all samples for client approval.  A simple floor plan & sample board detailing paint & fabrics will be provided.)
  • Drafting: $100.00/ hour

    Implementation Stage
  • Order & purchase of products, supplied at competitive prices.  Quote provided for client's approval, payment in full due at time of order.
  • Use of our recommended contractors will incur an upfront fee: 15% of the contractor's quote.  This service provides key holder access, site visits to monitor progress, co-ordination of schedules, confirmation of insurances & validity of permits.  Clients will pay contractor directly for their services in order to obtain all warranties & guarantees.
  • Travel time is billed commensurate with commission.
  • All fees are billed monthly and are subject to net 10 days.
